However, Tanzania shares the tradition of families getting together to celebrate Christmas, as people living far in the city travel to rural areas to enjoy the holidays with their loved ones. So, Christmas is a special time for the citizens of Tanzania and tourists visiting this country will be in a position to enjoy the amazing things it has to offer. Therefore, if you are planning to travel to Africa this festive season, do not forget to visit Tanzania and enjoy the myriad of amazing things it has to offer. Here are ten things you can see and do in Tanzania this festive season.

The first thing that comes to mind when one mentions Tanzania is Mt. Kilimanjaro. As a guest in this country, you are certainly going to enjoy climbing the roof of Africa and looking out over Furtwängler Glacier. Passing through the Muchame Route is also a wonderful experience which gives you some time to acclimate to high altitude areas. What’s more, this route is considered the most scenic as it offers so many things to enjoy during the expeditions. At about 5895 meters, it’s an achievement you’ll be proud of when you finally arrive at its summit. When in Tanzania, therefore, make sure you do not miss this amazing trek with Shrike Safaris.

  1. Lots of Beer

I love talking to people, traveling and writing on my blog... and bartending allows me to do the things I love.

I can take off for a month to travel abroad and there will never be any shortage of bartending/serving jobs when I get home. I also love that I can work abroad bartending anywhere I want! So, I hope you enjoy my blog and if you have any questions, feel free to email me! :)
