Elysium Health: Supplements backed by Science

December 20, 2018 by admin Leave a Comment

WHAT IS ELYSIUM HEALTH?

Elysium Health is a dietary supplement company bringing products to market that are backed by science. Founded in 2014, and based in New York City, Elysium Health is a company that has made it part of their mission to maintain transparency when it comes to their products, from research and development to active and inactive ingredients.

According to the company’s website, their mission is to help people live a healthier, longer life. To accomplish this goal, they are working with many leading scientists and clinicians to translate advances into clinically validated health products that work.

ELYSIUM HEALTH LAUNCHES BASIS

Elysium Health was founded by Dr. Leonard Guarente, a biologist and director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for Biology of Aging Research at MIT. Dr. Guarente is a proponent of taking proactive steps to maintain or better one’s health.

Although Elysium Health has several products in varying stages of development, they currently only have one product available: Basis. Basis is a daily dietary supplement designed to improve cellular health.

WHAT IS BASIS?

Why would you need a supplement like Basis? Well, although the body naturally produces NAD+, levels of this coenzyme can diminish over time. When this occurs, the cellular functions wherein NAD+ is present, such as energy production and circadian rhythm regulation, may be compromised. Basis has been clinically proven to increase NAD+ levels in the body.

HOW MUCH DOES BASIS COST?

Basis is available on Elysium Health’s website. One bottle of Basis costs $60; however, substantial savings are available to those who opt to join the company’s subscription service. For example, those who are interested in a 6-month subscription will pay $270 for a supply that will last for half the year, while a one-year subscription is $480. Elysium Health also offers a monthly subscription option, which can drive the cost of Basis down to $50 per month.

Hi Friends!
I'm Fern and I have a love for travel, beauty, health and flowers! I went to school for nutrition, but wasn't really interested in being a nutritionist. So, I started to bartend and have since I graduated school a year ago.
I love talking to people, traveling and writing on my blog... and bartending allows me to do the things I love.

I can take off for a month to travel abroad and there will never be any shortage of bartending/serving jobs when I get home. I also love that I can work abroad bartending anywhere I want! So, I hope you enjoy my blog and if you have any questions, feel free to email me! :)
