April 26, 2018 by admin Leave a Comment

This could be the fear of almost every mom while they are pregnant. Though miscarriage is common, it is always heart breaking. In US, 30 – 40% of all conceptions end in miscarriages. This could be a divesting news for an expectant mother. The first trimester is when the expectant mother needs to be very careful because this is the period when most of the miscarriages occur. There could be cases when a miscarriage happens very early in a pregnancy. Given the fact that miscarriage is very common and the nature of it is harsh. The most important thing which you need to understand is, the risk of miscarriage can be reduced.

The risk of miscarriage reduces as trimesters proceed, especially during your 14th week of pregnancy, your risk of miscarriage reduces significantly. Do a vaginal ultra-sound to figure out the health of the foetus, its shape and size. This will also help you reduce your risk of miscarriage. In most of the maternity hospital in Bangalore there are transvaginal ultra sounds performed before conception to evaluate the health of the uterus.

The good news here is, even after a miscarriage there are high chances they you can still become pregnant. Rather than heath complications, miscarriage is all about the emotional turmoil that one has to undergo. These things when it happens, life takes a pause. It is very important to come out of it and lead a normal life. But after the 2nd miscarriage the risk of conceiving for the 3rd time goes up and the doctor would perform a lot of hormone checks, health conditions, uterus examination before they could advice you on trying for the third time.

Most Gynecologist in Bangalore advice the couple who come to them with a miscarriage to change their lifestyle first. Yes, it is very important for the body to coupe up with these changes. Give it sometime before you try again. Keep yourself free from emotions and anxiety which is the biggest criminal when it comes to affecting our reproductive health. Also, research says that almost all miscarriages occur randomly and hence one does not have to fear for miscarriage to happen again. This is highly subjective to one’s reproductive health, other chronic health conditions, hormonal imbalance and genetics.

Concluding to this topic, miscarriage is never the end of pregnancy and it has never been. The fact that most women fear is all emotional loss and it will not affect your health in any way. All you have to conscious is do a thorough check-up after one miscarriage and infertility the reason and work around reducing the risk, before you try for the 2nd time. You are never alone in a miscarriage. There are lot of support groups and communities which openly discuss this. Make yourself a part of this and look forward to a new beginning.

Hi Friends!
I'm Fern and I have a love for travel, beauty, health and flowers! I went to school for nutrition, but wasn't really interested in being a nutritionist. So, I started to bartend and have since I graduated school a year ago.
I love talking to people, traveling and writing on my blog... and bartending allows me to do the things I love.

I can take off for a month to travel abroad and there will never be any shortage of bartending/serving jobs when I get home. I also love that I can work abroad bartending anywhere I want! So, I hope you enjoy my blog and if you have any questions, feel free to email me! :)
